True Intellectuals

You can be a stay at home mom and be more of an intellectual than a professor in college.

A true intellectual is someone with an open mind who searches for truth in "facts" that can be proven. They point others to resources with all sides of an issue so that they can study for themselves. Intellectuals believe that others are intellectuals and therefore don't expect them to be followers, but rather, expect them to be researchers.

Intellectuals KNOW:

1. Facts do not have to be proven to others.
2. It is for them to find the truth for themselves.
3. Love to debate, NEVER argue, because they recognize that out of debate can come insight
4. Arguements serve no purpose at all. Nor does using profanity help to make a valid point.

Intellectuals NEVER:

1. Look down on others.
2. Expect others to agree with their "opinions".

Intellectuals ACKNOWLEDGE:

1. That others are on their own journey to the truth.
2. That an intellectuals "opinion" is just that, another "opinion".
