Let me, about my Hero, tell:
Who has a gang of 'Warriors"
Able to face the gates of Hell.
Yet in bravery, I must tell,
Alone He stood, against mankind,
A braver hero you won't find.
Mankind's gang, to a cross they nailed Him,
Beaten and debased in front of His Seraphim,
Did my Hero call to them for aid?
So brave, so brave, on the cross He paid.
He was the bravest man who ever lived,
And I hope all my sons' imitate Him.
And if they have a gang of friends,
I hope my sons' remember Him,
For on this their honor depends:
That they stand alone, worthy of Him.
